<p>Lots of people weigh more than they should; it&#8217;s too easy to eat the wrong foods and too hard to find the time to exercise properly. &nbsp;That describes me, at least. <p>If you&#8217;re like a lot of people, you weigh more than you&#8217;d like.&nbsp; That&#8217;s pretty common, especially in the United States, where a large percentage of the population is overweight.&nbsp; Most people don&#8217;t have good luck trying to lose weight; they go from one fad diet to another in order to try to find a way to drop those pounds and keep them off.&nbsp; A few years ago, everyone was obsessed with the new Atkins diet plan and the all protein diet menu that had then eating nothing but foods with no carbs.&nbsp; That didn&#8217;t last long; now everyone is interested in apple cider vinegar tablets and coconut oil weight loss plans.</p>
<p>It just gets sillier by the day. &nbsp;Really. &nbsp;And yet, people are so desperate to lose weight that they&#8217;ll try anything.&nbsp; And you know what?&nbsp;I completely understand.&nbsp; I spent more than a decade trying to lose weight and keep it off.&nbsp; I had no more luck than anyone else for the longest time. &nbsp;I was into the whole protein thing for a while with the Atkins induction food list and spent days eating nothing but nuts and meat.&nbsp; It gets old in a hurry; after a while, you&#8217;d kill just to eat a single strawberry! &nbsp;I didn&#8217;t stay on that plan for very long; it just didn&#8217;t seem right to eat nothing but foods I&#8217;ve been told weren&#8217;t good for me.</p>
<p>And I do exercise regularly, but not as often as I&#8217;d like.&nbsp; Still, I shouldn&#8217;t have to run marathons to keep the weight off, and neither should you. &nbsp;Fortunately, after a lot of looking and a lot of anguish, I found a diet plan that worked for me. &nbsp;I didn&#8217;t have to eat &quot;weird&quot; foods. &nbsp;I didn&#8217;t have to starve myself.&nbsp; I didn&#8217;t have to exercise 12 hours a day.&nbsp; I got to eat normal food in reasonable portions,&nbsp; just like anyone else.</p>
<p>What was it that worked for me?&nbsp;&nbsp;A program called <a href="http://www.fatloss4idiots.com">Fat Loss 4 Idiots</a>. &nbsp;It&#8217;s more than a clever name; it really works and it&#8217;s very simple. &nbsp;More about it later.</p>
